Mudgee District Environment Group AGM

Sunday 15th May 2022

Time: 10.30 morning tea, 11.00 meeting start, lunch to follow.

This is a self-catering event. Please bring a small contribution for morning tea, and a plate to share for lunch after the meeting as we enjoy some quality time together. Tea and coffee provided. Looking forward to seeing you there as we collectively engage with old and new campaigns and issues! This is a covid safe event – please do not come if you are unwell.

23rd May 10:00am – 2:00pm    Cultural Burn at Crudine to improve habitat for the Small Purple Pea

Central Tablelands LLS and Watershed Landcare have teamed up to deliver a cultural burn and workshop at the Crudine Travelling Stock Reserve. Enquiries: info@watershedlandcare.com.au
‘By undertaking the burn, we hope to reduce biomass, and by doing so improve the habitat for the endangered Small Purple-pea (Swainsona recta). This will also help to prepare the site for planting of the species in Spring.’
